General terms regarding reservations, changes, cancellations and weather-related situations for our Kas and Kekova boat tours are provided below.

Reservation

Reservation requests are primarily received via WhatsApp and, when needed, by phone or email. Once the requested date, number of guests and selected tour or boat are clarified, the reservation status is shared with you.

Payment

Payment terms may vary depending on the selected tour, private boat request, seasonal demand and group size. Where necessary, a prepayment or deposit may be requested, and this is clearly communicated during the reservation process.

Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation or date change requests should be communicated as early as possible. Last-minute changes are evaluated based on availability. Different conditions may apply for private boat bookings and peak-season reservations.

Weather Conditions

Safety is the priority in adverse weather or sea conditions. If necessary, the tour schedule may be changed, postponed or cancelled. In such cases, we contact you directly to offer an alternative solution.
